Abstract:
Singapore Math is one of the top rated math curricula in the
world. Schools in Singapore whose students consistently lead
international math studies use it. The Seattle School District just
started using it to supplement their math curriculum this school year.
It can be used for home tutoring for students who might need a more
traditional math instruction methodology in order to master
mathematics. Interested Everett School District parents of elementary
and middle school age students are welcome to attend this event.

"In Singapore Math, there is no memorization of tables or rote
exercises. At times, the students do not even use paper and pencil, but
must do math mentally."
